WE BUILD AUTOMATED SYSTEMS THAT WORK

about us

We develop, sell, and implement high-quality automated systems. An automated system is a combination of Hardware and Software components designed and programmed to perform tasks without constant human oversight.  Our systems are used to monitor and control the operation of our clients in various industries such as agriculture, aviation, chemical, concrete, construction, defense, energy, electric power, food, medical, mining, petroleum, pharmaceutical, port terminals, transportation, and utilities worldwide.

For the past 12 years, we have specialized in automated fuel monitoring systems.  During this time, we have helped hundreds of clients ranging from small to large multinational organizations and government agencies to achieve 100% control of the fuel in their operation.

Automation has led us to develop useful IoT (Internet of Things) technologies that allow our clients to monitor and control the production and delivery of products and services in the telecommunications, food, and medical industry.

WE BELIEVE IN GIVING OUR CLIENTS EXACTLY WHAT THEY NEED

The technological world changes rapidly, and in the market, companies find numerous options that can easily overwhelm them in the search for automated systems. That is why CONTROL IMS LLC was founded.  We understand that flexibility and customization are necessary to provide you with the solution that best meets your needs.

We will work closely with you to identify your needs and develop a solution that will give you the highest return over Investment.  This is what we promise and that is the reason why we have been so successful.

Juan Victorino – CEO

We automate the most repetitive, time-consuming tasks of your team members. For example, to monitor and control fuel in our client’s operation, we apply technology to:

  • The transportation (small or large mobile tankers from the refinery to the client base),
  • The inventory (underground tanks, above-ground horizontal tanks, above-ground vertical tanks, or skid tanks).
  • The dispensing (fuel racks, stationary fuel flow meters, stationary fuel dispensers, mobile fuel tankers, or mobile fueling platforms).
  • The consumption (hours of operation, mileage, ECM data capturing, or in-tank level sensors).

Automation is the key to reducing costs. In 12 years of work, we have confirmed how our clients improved their operation ostensibly thanks to the complete visibility of their assets. This control allowed them to increase the quality and consistency of the services provided and the response times.

Automation allows you to optimize resources and capitalize on opportunity costs to reduce operating expenses. With automation, our customers have two options: either save or earn money.

The successful implementation of automation depends on evaluating cost and areas of opportunity, rather than time.

Our customers find it easy to measure their direct operating cost, but in the indirect costs, they find greater benefits from automation. During the automation process, they understand that indirect costs are difficult to measure, but in the end, those costs consume their profits.

For our clients, controlling direct and indirect costs helps them improve bottom-line results and reduce lost revenue.

In the process of automating fuel management in their operation, our clients identify several costs that can reduce revenue losses. For example, vehicles and employees’ overtime, delayed service deliveries, or unexpected vehicle downtime due to improper maintenance, and inaccurate data entry of fuel transactions to the accounting systems.

Indirect cost opens the door to areas of opportunity. Automation frees employees from time-consuming data entry tasks and allows them to focus on operations management. Automation supports the growth and expansion of any organization. Plus, it gives employees the tools they need to get more done during the same time.

Our team of professionals will help you solve complex problems with automation technologies that will guarantee the reliability, efficiency, and safety of your operation.
